TnZ worked with TCG to create analytics on technical support tickets received by the IT department. We created analytical reports on the most efficient employees and an insight to show the busiest times of the day. Through these analytics, TCG has the ability to monitor team productivity while assigning the appropriate staff at times of high volume. It increased quicker resolutions and higher user satisfaction.
TnZ also developed an analytics dashboard for Warehouse management to monitor shift productivity and goals real-time. Management dashboards also had capabilities to provide a broader overview of daily, weekly, and monthly progress and comparisons. Warehouse management was able to identify some key performance inefficiencies and a way to resolve them using these dashboards.
