Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, the pages you view, how long you stay, the page that referred you, and your approximate location (city or region level). We collect this with cookies and similar technologies, mainly through Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Reply to your enquiry, schedule consultations and prepare proposals
- Provide and manage our services and our business relationship with you
- Understand how visitors use the website so we can improve its content, speed and accessibility
- Protect the website from spam and abuse (for example with reCAPTCHA)
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not use the information from the contact form for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to learn how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) that record a random identifier, pages viewed and interactions, so we can see aggregate reports. We use this data only to measure and improve the site. We have not enabled Google Analytics advertising features. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4.
The site also sets cookies that are needed for it to work, and our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect hardware and software information and set cookies to tell people from bots. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where the law requires your consent for analytics cookies, we will ask for it before they are set. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Some browsers also send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, which we honor where the law requires.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host, email provider, Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), and tools we use to manage enquiries. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A successor, if we merge with or are acquired by another company, with notice to you where required.
Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and keeping our website software up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the contact form.
Data Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services and manage our business relationship, and then for as long as the law or our legitimate business records require. After that we delete or anonymize them. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period we set in our Google Analytics account, which does not exceed 14 months.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Object to or restrict some uses of it, and withdraw consent you gave earlier
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
These rights apply under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions, the GDPR. To use a right, call us or send a message through our contact form and tell us what you need. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
