Chuy’s a Mexican Food chain as we know now, opened on April 16,1982. It started off as a restaurant that served authentic and fresh Tex-Mex food in an atmosphere that appealed to everyone. In the 2000’s they started to venture out of the state of Texas and now have many branches all over US.
